We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to lead our core platform Lara Translate and its key translation services, including text and document translation tracks — setting new benchmarks in the machine translation industry.
This is a role for someone who thrives in SaaS environments and has a deep appreciation for great user experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Lara Translate not only delivers world-class translation accuracy, but also feels intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the ongoing enhancement of the Lara SaaS platform, setting new standards for quality and user experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback and needs directly shape product decisions.
- Define and deliver strategies for text and document translation services, aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, R&D, and marketing teams to deliver features on time and at high quality.
- Continuously refine the user interface and SaaS user journeys to make Lara intuitive and effective for both individuals and enterprises.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS platforms or products where user experience drives adoption and retention.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on approach: proven ability to work directly with engineers to define scope, solve problems, and deliver on time.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-quality features.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and senior management.
- Fluent in English; experience with AI technologies and machine translation is a plus.
