We are looking for an AI Project Coordinator
What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of data annotation projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
You will work closely with our data annotation teams, guiding annotators through complex linguistic or AI-related tasks and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Client request management – Handle incoming client requests, clarify project requirements, and ensure all details are properly documented.
- Resource coordination – Identify, recruit, and assign the most suitable annotators for each project.
- Training and onboarding – Deliver or coordinate task-specific training sessions to ensure resources are prepared to meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Task assignment and monitoring – Distribute tasks, monitor progress and performance, and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Technical support – Act as a first point of contact for technical issues related to annotation tools and workflows.
- Motivation and communication – Foster engagement and productivity among annotators through clear, empathetic communication and positive reinforcement.
- Reporting and feedback – Provide regular updates on project status, highlight potential risks, and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably for data annotation, AI training data, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide large teams of freelancers.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work on an hourly basis.
