We’re looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join the Translated Data Science and AI Production team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome. The persona will be responsible for building and maintaining the Machine Learning and AI services of the company.
Key responsabilities
- Lead the development of Machine Learning services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Improve and maintain our GPU cluster
- Improve and maintain our API ecosystem
- Optimize and put in production Machine Learning models
- Collaborate with other team members on internal and external models
- Coding, debugging and testing
- Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
- Develop functional and sustainable applications with clean codes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of product owners, designers, developers and system administrators
- Collaborate with the ModernMT and Research teams to create the best Translation Engine ever
Requirements
- Master degree in Computer Science or SW Engineering courses
- 3+ years of working experience
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable Machine Learning and AI services
- Deep Knowledge of Python, Java and Bash
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Relational DBMS ( MySQL, PostgreSQL )
- Experience with NoSQL DBMS ( Redis, MongoDB )
- Experience with version control GIT and Github workflow
- Proactive, self-driven and enjoys solving complex problems, not just in the primary area of responsibility but across boundaries.
