We are looking for a Junior Visual Content Designer (Internship) to join Translated’s Creative team and support the creation of visual content across digital and communication projects.
This is an internship position with a strong learning and mentoring focus, designed for candidates who want to grow their visual design skills within a structured and collaborative creative environment.
You will report to the Head of Brand & Communication and work closely with a Senior Digital Art Director, a Senior Visual Designer, and the Content team, supporting the growth and consistency of the overall brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of visual content for digital, editorial and communication projects.
- Contribute to the development of visual layouts and design assets across multiple formats.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visual consistency and clarity.
- Adapt visual assets for different platforms and channels, especially social media.
- Learn how creative projects are developed, reviewed and delivered within a professional team.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with UI/UX design tools (Figma).
- Good understanding of video editing and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- A good portfolio showcasing digital and visual design skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Social media fundamental rules (formats, timing, attention spans matter).
- Creative thinking with attention to detail in all aspects of visual design.
- Proficient in generative AI creative tools is a plus.
