We are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager to join the team on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, working 9am-6pm (UTC+1).

In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery for Enterprise clients, overseeing translation projects across multiple service types. You will coordinate production, support clients and linguists, and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

During weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), you will act as the primary point of contact in your time zone, independently managing project execution and ensuring continuity of service. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making decisions to keep projects moving and maintaining momentum.

We are offering a contractor role, fully remote from your preferred location, provided the required working hours are covered.

Salary range: €18,000-€25,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality, and within budget.
• Provide a high level of support to clients and linguists on a project-level, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Operate as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), independently managing project execution and ensuring continuity of service.
• Make timely, autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in the absence of broader team support.

Requirements

• Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule.
• 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management
• Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information.
• Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail.
• Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology
• Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
