- Database management: Maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of linguists and specialized contributors, ensuring complete and standardized profiles.
- Data analysis and forecasting: Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across verticals, markets, and service types.
- Cost and coverage management: Align recruitment efforts with business needs, optimizing the cost per qualified resource and ensuring operational coverage above target thresholds.
- Collaboration and alignment: Work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Quality Managers to ensure smooth resource allocation, resolve bottlenecks, and translate production data into recruitment priorities.
- Reporting: Provide regular insights and reports on recruitment funnel performance, coverage index, and alignment between resource quality and operational outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Community Manager in the language industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with freelancers and partners.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer and web-based tools (CRM, databases, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards).
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
